Are there any maps available to help me find the networking event and/or interview rooms?

Below is a URL of an online interactive map:

- To find the networking event, select "Buildings", then "Academic", and scroll down and click on “University Center – BLDG C (UCC)”

- To find interview rooms, select "Student Life", then "Student Services", and scroll down and click on “Dunlap Success Center (DSC)”

Can I request additional interview rooms?

Please RSVP to this email and respond with your intent of receiving an additional room.

How do we go about setting up tables?

Company representatives typically bring free items to hand to students such as business cards, pens, small notebooks, etc. and a company table cloth to put over the table. However, these aren’t required by any company.

What are some food options close to the interview rooms?

There is a Denny’s (also known as the Den) less than a minute of walking distance away. According to Google Maps, Starbucks, Subway, and Chick Fil A are about four, five, and six minute of a walk away, respectively.

Where can we park?

Company representatives can park their cars at any of the visitor non-gated faculty/staff/student spots. In the following email, company representatives will be asked if they need a parking pass for the networking event or interviews.

- Parking for the networking event is indicated by the yellow and red spots around the stadium. The closest parking to the interviewing rooms is labeled as “TRADITIONS GARAGE” which is in the middle of the map. Traditions Parking Garage generally fills up quickly so using apps such as Uber or Lyft is recommended for that Friday.

What time is the fair on Thursday?

The networking event on Thursday will be from 5:30 to 7:30. Employers are invited to begin set-up at 4:30. If you are in a car, you can park for free in any spot on campus, except for handicap and loading zones, starting at 4:30.
