Somya Joshi
President
Hello everyone! My name is Somya Joshi, and I am the FSA President this year! I am a senior and have passed exams FM and P so far and am currently studying for FAM. I interned with LTC Global during my sophomore year in Fort Myers, FL, and the past summer with Cigna in their Actuarial Executive Development Program (AEDP) in Austin, TX. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, swimming, or doing anything outdoors. This year, my goal is to have our FSA’s more involved in the program and host more social events for all of us to enjoy. I am so excited for the new year and can’t wait to meet you all!
Andrew Dotterer

Hi everybody, my name is Andrew Dotterer, and I am your FSA Vice President this year! I am a senior and have passed Exams P and FM. This summer I interned at Farmers Insurance in their Data Analytics actuarial team. I enjoy weightlifting, caring for the environment, and being outside. Mason Deeley

Hey guys! My name is Mason Deeley and I’m your Director of Corporate Outreach this year. I’ve passed exams P and FM thus far and I’m currently working as an Actuarial Intern for the FLOIR here in Tallahassee. Outside of FSA, I’m a member of Gamma Iota Sigma and the FSU Weightlifting team. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about the major or the profession. Danielle Fonsing
Director of Advising
Hi everyone, my name is Danielle Fonsing, and I am Director of Advising this year! I am a junior majoring in actuarial science and double majoring in economics. Up to now, I have passed two actuarial exams: FM and P. This past summer, I had my first actuarial internship at Cigna in their Philadelphia office. Outside of furthering my actuarial career, I am involved in Special Olympics at FSU and ENGin at FSU and enjoy swimming and hiking. I am so excited to get more involved in FSA this school year and look forward to a great year with everyone!
