President: Danielle Fonsing
Hi everyone, my name is Danielle Fonsing, and I am the FSA President this year! I am a senior majoring in Actuarial Science and double majoring in Economics. I have passed actuarial exams FM, P, and FAM, and I have had two actuarial internships: one at Cigna in their Philadelphia office and the other at Oliver Wyman’s U.S. Life Practice in their Charlotte office. Outside of furthering my actuarial career, I am involved in Special Olympics at FSU and enjoy running, swimming, and hiking. I am so excited to get more involved in FSA this school year and look forward to a great year with everyone!
Vice President: Zachary Catanzariti
Hello! My name is Zachary Catanzariti, and I’m your FSA Vice President this year. I’m a junior and have passed exams FM and P, and am currently studying for SRM. Last summer, I interned with ISU, a stop-loss carrier under Blue Cross Blue Shield SC. I grew up in South Jersey, and after high school I moved to Jacksonville. I’m a big sports fan; I played basketball and baseball and will watch pretty much any game. FSA has allowed me to grow tremendously in my first two years, and I want to help everybody achieve our common goals as aspiring FSU actuaries.
Director of Corporate Outreach: Roy Rodriguez
Hey everybody! My name is Roy Rodriguez and I’m your Director of Corporate Outreach this year. I’ve passed exams P and FM thus far, and I’m currently awaiting MAS-I test results. This summer I interned at Allstate in their Actuarial Pricing department. Outside of FSA, I’m a performer for the FSU Flying High Circus. In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, and cheering for FSU sports teams. Over the past two years FSA has helped me take my first steps in the actuarial field, and now I hope to help my fellow students reach their professional goals. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about the major or the profession. I’m looking forward to another great year with FSA!
Director of Advising: Erin Swabek
Hi, my name is Erin, and I am the FSA Director of Advising this year! I am a junior and have passed the FM exam, and am currently studying for P. This summer, I began my internship at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation in Tallahassee, Florida as an actuarial intern. Outside of school, I enjoy going to the beach, running, and hanging out with friends. I’m looking forward to FSA events this year and am excited to meet more actuarial science students!
Director of Technology: Tristina Lundberg
Hi everyone! My name is Tristina Lundberg and I will be your Director of Technology for the upcoming school year. I am a senior majoring in Actuarial Science, while also pursuing a minor in Economics. Currently, I am studying for the P exam. Outside of Future Seminole Actuaries, I am involved in my sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and was chosen to take part in FSU's Rho Gamma leadership course through the Panhellenic association last recruitment. This fall, I am going to be a Learning Assistant for a Calculus course on campus. I enjoy playing the piano, surfing, attending FSU football games, and participating in City Church college ministry. I am looking forward to the upcoming year and I can’t wait for everything FSA has in store for us!
Director of Activities: Caitlin Collier
Hello everyone! My name is Caitlin Collier, and I am the Director of Activities for FSA this year! I am a rising Sophomore pursuing a double major in Actuarial Science and Risk Management/Insurance. I am currently studying to take Exam FM. In my free time, I enjoy serving the Tallahassee community with the Center for Leadership and Service! I look forward to planning fun events for everyone to get to know each other! I'm so excited for this year!
